Cancellation and Refund Policy
Multiple Child Pricing:
Upon request, families may recieve 5% discount for each additional child enrolled in K-8 workshops.
High School Classes: No discounts available
Refunds:
Our goal is to provide top quality hands-on science
instruction for
k-12 students through multisession
workshops and semester-long classes. If for any reason, a family
chooses to cancel enrollment in any k-8 workshop, a full refund will be provided if
cancellation occurs at least one month prior to start date. After that point, a credit applicable to future classes or workshops, in the amount of tuition paid minus the $100 deposit and prorated class fee** will be provided.
High school classes are structured to provide a full science credit, split into Fall and Spring semesters. Priority will be given to students enrollede in both semsters. A student may register for a single semester if space allows.
The deadline to withdraw with a full refund is August 31. After that point, a credit applicable to future classes or workshops, in the amount of tuition paid minus the $100 deposit and prorated class fee** will be provided.
** pro rata for K-8 workshops and camps is $25 per hour and for HS classes is $40 hour.
