ISAM collects and maintains a modest amount of personal information for the purposes of registering, students, tracking student progress and selling products. Personal Information Gathered
We receive and store information you enter on our website or supply to us by mail or phone. This information includes family member names, ages, contact information and login information (used for the purpose of viewing student progress reports).
Sharing of information
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we commit to never sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information from customers to the fullest extent allowable by law.
Information security
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company (via SSL) during order processing.
Personal information is stored in online databases protected by passwords that meet the highest password strength standards (length and complexity).
Access to personal information
Upon request, and subject to verification of identification, ISAM gives you full access any personal information stored in our files, including contact information, and student scores.
Registration confirmation
Online registration automatically sends an email to the email account entered in the registration form, and to ISAM.
